Customer account

To provide you with the greatest possible convenience, we suggest that you permanently store your personal data in a password-protected customer account.

Creating a customer account is voluntary. If you create a customer account, the data collected here will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Once you have created a customer account, you do not need to enter any new data. You can also view and change the data stored in your customer account at any time. It is only necessary to open a customer account if you want to place orders via our website/app.

To set up a customer account, you must enter a password of your choice in addition to the data required when placing an order. Together with your email address, this will help you access your customer account. Please treat your personal access data confidentially and do not disclose any of it to third parties. Please note that you will automatically remain logged in even when you leave our website, unless you log out separately.

You have the option to delete your customer account at any time. However, please note that if you have ordered from us, the data visible in your customer account will not be deleted at the same time. Your data will be automatically deleted when we are subject to retention requirements under commercial and tax law, i.e. 10 years after the date of payment. Payments

We process your payment information for the purpose of processing your payment, e.g. if you make a purchase. Depending on the payment method, we transfer your payment information to third parties (e.g. when paying from one or another bank account). The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (in the case of debt). During the payment process, the service provider may use cookies.

Recipient outside the EU

The cookies of the online store, which allow marketing and functional cookies, may, depending on your choice, transfer data to servers in Canada (data storage). The aforementioned processing includes the transfer of data to the servers of the providers of tracking and targeting technologies commissioned by us. The data is transferred on the basis of the so-called standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission, additional protection mechanisms, as required after the withdrawal of the so-called "Privacy Shield".
