Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped using Express Delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment it is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns, or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be longer.

Returns

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available.

Our warehouse is located in Vilnius, Lithuania, but orders placed through our online store are shipped directly and cannot be collected locally.
