Hereinafter referred to as “Laisvas stilius”, the Data Controller, or “We”. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the principles and procedures for the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “the Data Subject”) who use the website www.cutmyfashion.lt and/or purchase goods through it.

1. General Information on the Processing of Personal Data
When ordering goods from cutmyfashion.lt, the Customer must register and provide all required information as indicated in the registration form. All mandatory fields must be completed for the order to be processed correctly.
- Registration does not automatically mean that the Customer will receive marketing communications, except those necessary to complete the order, payment, and delivery.
- Customers may voluntarily choose to receive newsletters or promotional messages and can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by contacting us at info@cmf.lt.
- The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data. If login information is disclosed to third parties, the Store is not liable for any consequences arising from such disclosure.

Processed Personal Data
When placing an order, the following data is required: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, email address, bank account number, and account holder’s name.
When commenting, initials or chosen display name and IP address may be collected to prevent spam and inappropriate content.
When visiting our physical store/sewing facility, real-time video monitoring is conducted without storing the footage.
Data is used only for order processing, payment, and delivery purposes.
