hereinafter referred to as “Laisvas stilius”, Data Controller, or We, in this privacy policy notice (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) we present the principles and procedure for processing the personal data of the user (hereinafter referred to as you or the Data Subject) using the www.cutmyfashion.lt website and (or) purchasing goods.

This information may be revised from time to time, so we recommend that you read this page before each purchase to ensure that you are satisfied with the information provided.

  1. General information on personal data processing:

The customer, wishing to order goods from the cutmyfashion.lt Store, must register by entering all information that is indicated in the registration form as mandatory. All marked mandatory fields are necessary for the proper execution of the order.

  • The Store confirms that the fact of registration does not mean that the Customer will receive informational messages, except for those necessary for ordering, paying for and delivering goods.
  • If the Customer wishes to receive informational messages from the Store, he/she is given the opportunity to choose to have such messages sent to him/her, and there is also the option to refuse them by clicking on the dedicated link, or by contacting us by e-mail at info@cmf.lt .
  1. By registering in the Store and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to keep his/her login details confidential and not to disclose them to anyone. In the event that the Customer discloses his/her login details, the Store is exempted from any liability related to this.
  2. Legal basis for processing personal data: Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 EU. a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes; b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
  3. Personal data processed:
  • When ordering goods, the customer must provide the following data necessary for the delivery of the goods: name; surname; address to which the goods will be delivered; telephone number; e-mail; bank account number, name and surname of the bank account holder.
  • When a customer comments, their initials will be saved, and if the customer chooses: first/last name, nickname, IP address in the comments section, in order to remove fake and inappropriate comments.
  • When a customer enters a physical store/sewing shop, video data is recorded in real time. The data is not saved.
    • The data controller confirms that the data is used only for the purposes of ordering, payment and delivery of goods.
    • The Store undertakes not to disclose personal information to third parties, except for the Store's partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the submission or fulfillment of the Customer's order. The list of processors is provided in the section "Personal data processors".
  • In all cases, any personal data of the Client may be disclosed to third parties only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, or upon request of law enforcement.

    • Order information after payment: on invoices for 10 years after payment;

    • IP address, initials/first name-last name/nickname: until the comment is deleted

    Conditions for processing personal data used for marketing

    • We use an SMS and email messaging platform, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
    • By opting in to receive our SMS and email marketing messages and mobile notifications, you agree to these terms.
    • By entering your phone number and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or keyword, you agree that we may send you text messages via SMS and email (regarding your order, including abandoned cart reminders).
    • Your phone number, email address, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS and email platform “UAB Omnisend”, a Lithuanian company with offices in Vilnius, Lithuania, EU. The data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications, but only when you opt in to such a service. After sending text messages, your phone number and email will be transferred to the text message operator to fulfill their delivery.
    • If you wish to unsubscribe from SMS marketing messages and newsletters (periodic messages) , please reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. If you wish to unsubscribe from e-mail messages , please click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail you receive. You will then be automatically removed from the list of subscribers.

    How do we collect your email contacts?

    To perform this action, the cutmyfashion.lt store uses the SMS and email platform “UAB Omnisend”, a Lithuanian company with an office in Vilnius, Lithuania, EU.

    Using this plugin, we created a game where the customer can win a discount on their future purchase. By playing the game (spin the wheel of fortune), the customer leaves their email address and agrees to the condition that their email address will be assigned to the "Newsletter subscribers". This means that in the future the customer will receive only special offers intended for them by email (you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the email).

    • Comments

    Comments are intended for visitors to this website to freely express their opinions. When a visitor comments on a post, we store the information that the visitor enters into the fields (initials, name/surname or nickname) and additionally – the visitor's IP address and browser agent information. We need this information to automatically detect and stop fake comments – spam.

    When a visitor comments on a post, they can choose to save information such as their name, email address, and website address in the form of cookies. This feature is designed to help visitors avoid having to re-enter the same data next time. These cookies are stored in the visitors' browser for one year.
