We, Ernesta and Adas and our entire cut my fashion team, consisting of 15 people, work in our professional tailoring shop. We are located at Švitrigailos g. 27, Vilnius . This is where the first ideas are born, this is where your clothes are born. Every day we improve and strive for the highest goals in our family business. So we would like to briefly share with you how we implement our ideas:
Creation is a long process, in which every detail is important to us. So how are our cut my fashion clothes born ?
An idea. Of course, this is the very first and one of the most important stages. It all starts with a white sheet of paper — you draw, you don't like it, you crumple it, you throw it in the trash. And then again… until we find a model we like.
Technical drawings of a garment. Simply put, patterns are a sketch of a garment with all the exact measurements. This is an incredibly complex job that requires a lot of care and expertise. It is very important to properly construct the initial size, so at this stage we hire parters who have all the tools and vast experience for this. This is our investment in professionalism.
Fabric selection and testing. When creating clothes, we test many fabrics until we find the most suitable one for each model.
Sewing and measurements. Most often, a new product cannot be sewn the way you want it the first time, so this stage involves constant correction and improvement of the technical drawing. After making the necessary corrections to the new product, the next step is to multiply the technical drawing from XS to XXL and sew all sizes. After sewing, we always try to try each size on people of different body types (in our circle of relatives). This is incredibly important — after all, we want every person to feel comfortable and cozy in our clothes! By seeing a real image, we can clarify the pros and cons of each garment size.
After all these stages, having made all the necessary corrections, we approve the project and we can start production. All this requires a lot of manual work. If you are an extraordinary person (I believe you are) and you do not like to meet another person with the same clothes, we invite you to like us and become part of our mission. We are small in the market of big brands, but at the same time unique. Therefore, meeting another person in the same clothes is a very small chance.
