Refunds

Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account within 1–14 days from the date we receive the returned item. As returns are usually processed on Fridays, in most cases funds are received within 5–7 business days.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• You may return an item within 14 days of receipt.
• We must receive the returned item within this period, so please dispatch it without delay.
• If the item is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the return.

How to return or exchange an item

To return or exchange an unsuitable item, please complete the Return/Exchange Form and provide all requested information.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Important before returning

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be undamaged.
• The item must retain its commercial appearance — labels must not be damaged or removed.
