How to set up Meta Business Manager so cutmyfashion can use your content for ads

This step-by-step guide is for creators who want cutmyfashion to use their content (Reels, photos, etc.) in Meta advertising campaigns as Partnership Ads.
1. Creating a Business Account (Meta Business Manager)
To create a new business account, visit: Meta Business Manager
- Click Create account.
- Enter your business name, full name, and work email.
- Confirm your email via the message sent by Meta.
Result: You now have your own Meta Business Manager account.
2. Connecting your Instagram account to Business Manager
- Open Business Manager.
- Go to Business Settings → Accounts → Instagram accounts.
- Click Add → Connect your Instagram account.
- Log in to your Instagram account and grant permissions.
If your Instagram account is set as a Creator account, switch it to Business here: Instagram account type guide.
3. Connecting your Facebook Page (if you have one)
- Go to Business Settings → Accounts → Pages → Add → Add a Page.
- Enter your page name and add it.
- If it’s a personal page, click Claim.
💡 This helps Meta recognize your Facebook and Instagram identity.
4. Granting permissions to the brand (cutmyfashion)
- Go to Business Settings → Users → Partners → Add → Give a partner access to your assets.
- Enter the cutmyfashion Business Manager ID (you’ll receive it from the brand).
- Select which assets to share (Instagram Account, Page).
- Set the access level: Content Access → Allow Partner to create Partnership Ads.

5. Confirm access in Meta Business Suite
- Open Meta Business Suite → Partnership Ads → Requests.
- Approve cutmyfashion to use your content for ads.
6. Check if everything works
- Meta Business Suite → Partnership Ads → Approved partners — you should see cutmyfashion.
- Instagram → Professional Dashboard → Branded Content → Approved Partners — cutmyfashion should appear there too.
- Your name and profile picture should appear in the ad.
